Our capacity-based cancellation plan ensures fairness for both clients and service providers while keeping our commitments sustainable. Mutual Cancellation Flexibility Both clients and service providers can cancel on the same day for any reason—no questions asked. We understand that unexpected events happen, and we prioritize a system built on trust and respect. Rebooking Policy If a client reschedules more than twice, any additional missed session will require full payment before booking again. If a clinician reschedules more than twice, the client will receive a free session on their next booking. Why This Policy? This approach respects everyone’s time and energy while recognizing that capacity is inherently limited. It ensures fairness by holding both parties accountable while allowing for life’s unpredictability. It supports sustainability so that Grounded can continue offering high-quality care and services.
