Smash & Release – Coming Soon to Grounded!

Get ready for Smash & Release, an exciting new rage room experience opening at Grounded in the coming weeks!

A rage room is a safe, controlled environment where participants can smash and break items such as glassware, electronics, and other objects while wearing protective safety gear. It's a unique way to release stress, express frustration, boost mood, and simply have fun in a judgment-free space.

Whether you're looking for a solo stress-relief session, a fun outing with friends, or a memorable group activity, Smash & Release will offer three packages to choose from, designed to suit different experiences and budgets.

We will also offer special packages for:

  • Birthday celebrations

  • Anniversaries

  • Team-building events

  • Private group bookings

Stay tuned for our official opening date and package details. Get ready to smash, release, and recharge at Grounded!
